- Vernet Syndrome is a jugular foramen syndrome with deficits affecting cranial nerves 9, 10, and 11.
- Jugular foramen syndromes are caused by compression or narrowing of the jugular foramen, such as by neoplasms (commonly glomus jugulare tumours).
